wal mart - good or bad ?
i live where wal marts headquarters is located..
i get sick and tired of all the BS hullabaloo about them. I remember BEFORE there was a wal marts. life was a daily grind of going hither and tither and standing in lines to gather the essentials one needed to sustain life and limb as well as do business. it always reminded me of the USSR.
not only did they bring MODERN products to everyone, they do it for 20% less.
my life IMPROVED DRAMATICLY when we got a wal mart.
not only because of the saved money and effort but it raised our production rapidly. which, in turn, raised our incomes.
wal mart has made a huge improvement in our lives over the following decades.
now my point.
all this bullshit about wal marts not paying enough is hogwash. they are actually doing the pragmatic thing for their lower eschelon personel.....
they have calculated WHAT DOLLAR POINT IS BEST for them.... sorta like they do with their products...
anyone can calculate it.
wal mart KNOWS that if they pay their bottom part time etc. people MORE, then those same people would lose their benefits. so they calculate their pay to maximise the employees benefit....
they are pragmatic and know they couldn't afford to pay them the same amount as they accumulate now.
so they are actually looking out for those most needy in their organisation.
wal mart is tops in my book.
